紙張內(nèi)側(cè)復(fù)合食品級 PE 淋膜，是目前餐飲使用非常廣泛的款式。淋膜層起到防水、防油、防滲漏作用，可盛裝熱飯、熱菜、熱湯，耐溫范圍廣，韌性強(qiáng)、不易破。分為單淋膜、雙淋膜，雙淋膜防水防油效果更佳，適合湯汁較多的餐食。

二、核心加工工藝

2、 Core processing technology

成型工藝：主流為模切壓制一體成型，無需膠水粘合，避免膠水中有害物質(zhì)接觸食物，安全系數(shù)更高；少數(shù)拼接款采用食品級環(huán)保膠，符合國家食品包裝標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

Molding process: The mainstream method is die cutting and pressing integrated molding, which does not require adhesive bonding and avoids harmful substances in the adhesive from coming into contact with food, resulting in a higher safety factor; A few splicing styles use food grade environmentally friendly adhesive, which meets national food packaging standards.

表面處理：可做單色印刷、彩色印刷，全部使用食品級水性油墨，無異味、不脫色，高溫下不會釋放有害物質(zhì)。

Surface treatment: Can be used for monochrome printing and color printing, all using food grade water-based ink, odorless, non fading, and will not release harmful substances at high temperatures.

防油防水工藝：除 PE 淋膜外，部分出眾紙餐盒會采用食品級防油涂層，適配油炸食品、鹵味等高油脂餐品。
